Q1: About shipping
*In Stock: Once your order confirmation is complete, we will begin shipping within the next 2 business days. This means that your item will start shipping on the 3rd business day after your order is confirmed.

Change the delivery time for free(Please call the BJS carrier at 01922 645 650):
You must change the new delivery time 1 day before the reserved delivery time. (For example, if you reserved a delivery at 1 pm today, you must reserve a new delivery time before 1 pm yesterday).
You have to bear the re-delivery cost:
Under the premise that the delivery time has been agreed upon with you if the delivery person arrives at the delivery address and no one receives the goods, the goods will be returned to the warehouse. You need to pay the re-delivery cost. To avoid the cost of re-delivery, you can call the delivery person and ask your family or neighbours to sign for the package if you are inconvenient to sign the package at that time.
If you change the delivery time between 24 hours from the agreed delivery time, the re-delivery cost will be incurred. (For example, if you reserved a delivery at 1 pm today, your reserve request was made after 1 pm yesterday).

Q6: How dual batteries work? (Regarding the use of dual batteries)
1. When you have a second battery installed, there is a button next to it to choose whether to switch on the second battery or not
2. When you switch on both batteries at the same time, the bike will use the power of the two batteries.
Please note: The higher voltage and power of the two batteries will be used first, the power of both batteries will be used at the same time when the voltage and power of the two batteries at the same level.
For example: one battery voltage and power at 50, other at 40. The voltage and power of 50 battery will be used first, when used to 40, both batteries will be used together until the power is run out.
Q7: What should I do if I can't pop the throttle back on my M20 e-bike?
Our engineer gave the following steps to adjust the throttle handle:
1. Loosen one screw that fixes the throttle handle first, then pull out the throttle handle slightly,
2. Leave some distance between the accelerator handle and the brake shifter kit
3. Try to turn the throttle a few times until the throttle handle can rebound
4. Tighten one screw that fixes the throttle handle
Q8: Where is the battery mount for the second battery?
If your second battery and the e-bike are shipped separately, and the battery mount is included in the package of the second battery.

How long does it take to arrive once shipped?

Depending on product and your location we do have UK Suppliers which take 1-7 business days. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. Will i recieve a tracking number for my package?
Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. In some cases additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays or customs inspections. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
What do i do if my order is lost in the mail?
Each order is sent with insured shipping & handling to prevent lost packages. If your order happens to get held at customs, lost in transit or returned to us for any reason, we have your back! The postal service is out of our control once your package leaves our warehouse. However, in cases like this because your package is insured we will send you a new package with priority shipping and full tracking. If possible please see our refund and return policy for when this might be applicable to shipping situtations.
Will i be updated about my order?
Yes, you will get a email confirmation stating when your order has been fulfilled. You will also recieve an email with tracking information when your order is out for delivery. A further email will be sent when your order has been delivered.
