Q. Fits the ceiling size? Is it rotating?
Answer: Yes, through the bottom screw to achieve spin or static adjustment.
Q. How much extra do you have to pay when it arrives? I live in Norway
Answer: You have to confirmed with your local custom about the tax. But we will do low invoice for you to make sure you will pay less taxes during the customs clearance.
Q. How high are you? Is it placed empernated on the roof or just under pressure?
Answer: This is pressure supporting the whole pole. But we have screw upper base also, if you are interested please contact us.
The height of pole is 2.235-2.745m. At the same time we provide different extension 125mm/250mm/500mm/1000mm to meet different ceiling heights.
Q. i bought this pole but it's to slippery@ i can't grip, i keep falling. not like the xpole i use to use in the fitness. anyone can suggest how to make not slippery please?
Answer: Our pole is smooth, you can buy Chalk/Gloves to achieve anti-skid effect. Also, black and pink pole is more suitable for beginners.
