Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

• Orders up to £49.99 are charged a flat shipping fee of £3.99.

• Orders of £50.00 and above qualify for free shipping.

There are no hidden or additional shipping fees.

• Daily cut-off time: 2:00 PM (UK time)

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a business day are processed the same day.

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on UK public holidays are processed on the next business day.

• Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.

• Processing time is separate from shipping and transit time.
