- If you would like to send your gift card directly to the recipient please tick 'I want to send this as a gift' box and fill in details. The recipient will receive a unique code along with your message if applied.
Redeeming a gift card online
When making a purchase on our store, you can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code in the appropriate field at checkout. Gift card codes aren't case sensitive. When you redeem a gift card, the checkout displays one of the following options:
- If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then you can click Complete order.
- If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then you will be prompted to choose an additional payment method for the balance before placing the order. This includes adding another gift card.
Adding a gift card to Apple Wallet
You have the option to add your gift card to your Apple Wallet. A notification email includes the following additional information:
- A link to download Apple Wallet Passes to an iOS device
- A Add to Apple Wallet button, which you can use to open the gift card automatically in Apple Wallet
The gift card pass displays our store information, the gift card's active balance, and a unique QR code.
